Todd Defren is a principal at Shift Communications, a hybrid PR firm named “New Media
Agency of the Year” in 2008 and “Agency of the Year” in 2007. His blog,
PR-Squared, is routinely among the top 20 blogs on AdAge’s Power150. Defren is the creator of the Social
Media Release and Social
Media Newsrooms. He is a co-founder and Board Member of the Social Media Club, a Fellow of the Society for New Communications Research, and,
a frequent social media speaker.

Adam Hirsch is the Chief Operations Officer of Mashable and Co-Founder of MySocialDog.com. Adam is a New York City native and a graduate of Cornell University. Mashable is the number one news site focused exclusively on Web 2.0 and Social Media news.

Mike O'Toole (Moderator) is President and
Partner of PJA Advertising + Marketing, a three time B-to-B Agency of the Year
for 2006, 2007 and 2008. He launched and hosts "This Week in Social Media"
an Internet Radio talk show that is run nationally on Small Plate Radio
Network. Mike also collaborates on a bi-annual research project with
Toolbox.com on social media usage in the IT purchase process, and is
a frequent blogger for MarketingProfs DailyFix.

Emily Riley is a Senior Analyst at Forrester and
serves Interactive Marketing professionals. She specializes in advertiser,
consumer, and publisher trends and technologies, which includes social
marketing, online brand and direct response marketing, targeting, measurement,
and response.

Shiv Singh has been with Razorfish since
1999. He has been published widely and is the author of Social Media Marketing for Dummies. He has spoken at conferences
such as South by Southwest Interactive, the Direct Marketing Association's
Leader's Forum, OMMA Global, O'Reilly Graphing Social Patterns, the ARF Annual
Summit and the Social Ad Summit. He holds a BS in Information Systems from
Babson College, and an MSc (Research) from the London
School of Economics & Political Science where he
focused on social network theory.
